One such staff member is our wonderful chef, Ms. Holly Weir! Holly has been a part of our team for over 15 years and runs The Fountain Cafe, our restaurant-style dining located here at Sycamore Glen. Holly prides herself on creativity with the freshest ingredients possible, even growing many herbs, spices, and vegetables right here in our resident-operated garden. Holly loves to make the 60-plus items on our made-to-order menu, the tastiest they can be! We are so lucky to have her talent and wisdom mixed with creative flare overseeing each and every menu item.
